THE GLASSWING
A refined riff on the classic Old Fashioned, with a touch of elegance and depth. Smooth bourbon, subtle cacao warmth, and an orange blossom finish — masculine foundation with luxurious finesse.

- ¼ oz (7 ml) dark crème de cacao (Tempus Fugit or Giffard)
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Orange bitters
- 1 barspoon Demerara syrup
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for ~20 seconds until chilled and silky.
- Strain over a large clear ice cube in a rocks glass.
Garnish
- Express an orange peel and place on ice cube.
- Place 1 piece of purple butterfly sorrel on top of orange peel and ice cube.

HONEY VEIL MARTINI
A delicate, floral martini inspired by spring evenings — crisp, aromatic, and visually captivating. Think of it as a poetic counterpart to the Glasswing.
RECIPE
Ingredients
- 1½ oz (45 ml) The Botanist Gin
- ½ oz (15 ml) St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- ½ oz (15 ml) dry vermouth (Dolin Dry or Mancino Secco)
- ¼ oz (7 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 2 drops orange blossom water
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
